THE 7TH COFFEE FESTIVAL IN BUON MA THUOT 2019

Following the success of the previous Tay Nguyen coffee festivals in general and the coffee fair in particular. This year, Buon Ma Thuot Coffee festival will open with the theme "quintessence converges" from 9^th to 16^th March, 2019.

With the theme "quintessence converges", the 7^th coffee festival will continue to promote and enhance the brand image of Buon Ma Thuot coffee, contributing to affirm the position of Vietnamese coffee bean in the international market. That also honor the position of coffee growers, processors, traders, encouraging, joining hands to develop coffee culture in Tay Nguyen in particular and Vietnam in general.

At this Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival, there will be 6 big programs such as: Opening Ceremony, Expo Activity - seminars, promotion activity - honoring, travel itinerary and closing ceremony. The largest activity lasting throughout the festival program is activity No.3 with the name: Exhibition and seminar activities with specific schedule as follows:

1. Coffee specialized fair

- Time: From 9^th March to 16^th March 2019 (Open at 9:00 9^th March 2019, close at 15:00 16^th March 2019)

- Venue: 72 Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, Buon Ma Thuot City

2. Workshop on developing Vietnamese specialty coffee

- Time: 14:00 10^th March 2018

- Venue: Conference hall of People's Council and People's Committee, No. 9 Le Duan, Buon Ma Thuot city.

3. World Coffee History Exhibition

- Time: From 9^th to 16^th March 2019

- Venue: Trung Nguyen Coffee Museum, Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Buon Ma Thuot City.

4. Photo Exhibition "44 years of Victory in Buon Ma Thuot - Historical journeys".

- Time: From 9^th to 16^th March 2019

- Venue: Daklak Museum

It is expected that Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Fair will gather more than 600 booths including coffee booths and coffee-related areas; regional cooperation with foreign countries... According to official information from the People's Committee of Daklak province, the entire budget source comes from socialized revenues.

In addition to the above activities, this year, organizer of the 7th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival has issued a plan to publish photo books for festivals with the main contents compiled and collected including: symbol; history; culture; potential strength; destination; food, entertainment, accommodation; voucher...in order to introduce and promote the image of the tradition, cultural identity, history, potential, strength of socio-economic development of Dak Lak province to visitors and to domestic and foreign investors.
