EXHIBITION BOOTH REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR ENTERPRISES

For companies exhibiting for the first time, should pay attention to the following points to register:

** Registration of booth raw space:

The position of booth plays a very important role in attracting visitors. Early registration with the Organizer is the first priority in the preparation process, so companies should contact the Organizer as soon as possible: Time to contact the organizers is at least 8 months before the fair takes place, that will help you have enough time to prepare necessary documents and samples.

Depending on different fairs, if you register early, you will be able to save money because the fair organizer has a policy of reducing the booth price, and prioritize the arrangement the best position if possible. Besides, the registration is only valid when paying reservation fee, this fee will depend on the exhibition that company participates.

**Submit the booth design to organizer:

After registering and getting the space of the booth, the organizer will send a manual or guide file with all the necessary information so that exhibitors can know the rules, requirements as well as necessary forms to submit before exhibition.

Normally, exhibitors must submit the fair booth design to the Organizer Management before the fair takes place at least 1 month or depending on the time prescribed by the Organizer. The design must strictly comply with the height regulations as well as the design regulations required by the Organizer.

** Registration of construction unit

After selecting the booth construction unit for stall. You need to submit the application form "Subcontractor". Exhibitors may request the contractor to the corporate and submit it to the Organizer.

** Registration of power consumption for the stall

Companies have to register the power consumption for each light bulb, outlet, electrical equipment (TV, refrigerator,…) early and return it to the Organizer before the deadline.

Companies have to register enough, exactly the number of lights and wattage. If you register late after deadline, you will have to pay a surcharge of at least 30% of the total value.

** Sign up for the construction card and deposit to Building Management

Enterprises need to register directly with the building where the exhibition takes place. Each installation worker must have a registered card to access the building.

Deposit fee for self-built booths will be refunded after the end of the fair. This fee is to ensure that the contractor, after dismantling the booth, will clean and return the original undamaged space to the Building.

Companies needs to register exhibitor cards for employees who will participate during the exhibition
